Forklift Operator in Jönköping – Summer Position

We are currently looking for a forklift operator for our client in Jönköping!

About the role

At Montico, we are now looking for an experienced forklift operator for a summer position with our client in Jönköping. As a forklift operator, you will handle goods and materials in the warehouse efficiently. Our client is a wholesaler selling spare parts for various car brands and models. You will operate different types of forklifts, including A-B class trucks.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, as well as ensuring that goods are placed in the correct locations in the warehouse. You will also be responsible for maintaining order and tidiness at the terminal and reporting any discrepancies or damages.

In addition to operating the forklift, you are expected to participate in other tasks related to warehouse and terminal operations. This may involve assisting with inventory, packing goods for delivery, and keeping the warehouse organized. You are expected to follow given work instructions, adhere to safety regulations, and contribute to a positive work environment.

The position is full-time, daytime hours 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, during weeks 26–33.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone with experience operating forklifts and accustomed to working in a warehouse or terminal. You are a reliable and detail-oriented person who enjoys taking responsibility for your work. You are used to handling various types of cargo and have good physical fitness to perform the tasks efficiently.

We would appreciate it if you are flexible and can adapt to different tasks that may arise in a warehouse or terminal. You are also accustomed to following safety regulations and can work both independently and as part of a team.
