Machinist Sought for Client in Gislaved/Värnamo!

Are you technically interested, solution-oriented, and thrive in a production environment? Then this might be the job for you! We are now looking for a machinist for our client, where you will become an important part of the production and work in a business characterized by quality, efficiency, and collaboration.

Your Responsibilities

As a machinist, you are responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining machines in the production. The work involves both technical and quality-focused tasks where you ensure that the machines function optimally and that the products meet the required quality standards.

The role includes among other things:

• Monitoring and operating production machines
• Performing simple maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensuring quality according to set standards
• Actively working to ensure production meets goals in efficiency and sustainability
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in the production flow

The position involves shift work!

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is mechanically skilled and has the right drive and attitude to succeed in the role. You preferably have a technical or industrial education, or equivalent work experience.

We would like you to have:

• High school education in industry, technology, or production
• Experience with industrial machines, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry
• Good technical understanding and experience in troubleshooting
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

As a person, you are responsible, precise, and quality-conscious. You have an eye for detail and a desire to contribute to a safe and efficient production.
