THE WHITE HORSE restaurant, located at Centralvägen 6 in Upplands Väsby, is looking for a driven Head Waiter/Restaurant Manager who leads the team with energy and ensures the restaurant consistently delivers top-class service.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team with energy and commitment
- Plan operations and administration
- Take primary responsibility for the restaurant's daily operations as Head Waiter
- Ensure first-class service and memorable guest experiences
- Quality control and problem-solving
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in restaurant and team leadership
- Is structured and confident in a leadership role
- Thrives in a fast-paced and energetic work environment
- Can communicate clearly and inspire the team
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English
