Björkskatan Health Centre is one of Luleå's largest health centres, with approximately 11,700 registered patients. Our operations include doctor and nurse clinics, a laboratory, mother and child health care, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and a psychosocial team. We are a team of over 40 employees working closely together to develop our working methods for the benefit of our patients and to create a good work environment.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a registered midwife with good knowledge of Swedish and English. Knowledge of the medical record system Cosmic and experience working in primary care is an advantage. Personal qualities are highly valued. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. You have strong collaborative skills, valuing and seeing the benefits of working with others, while taking responsibility for your tasks and being self-reliant.

What you will be working with

Your duties include, among other things, antenatal care with support for future parenthood, contraceptive counseling, STI prevention work, and gynecological cell sample checks. As a midwife with us, you work independently and in close collaboration with, among others, the Child Health Centre (BVC). The midwives at Björkskatan also serve patients from Råneå and Gammelstad, but their clinic is located at Björkskatan.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position during daytime hours. Start date according to agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
