About the role

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will monitor and manage machines in the production process to ensure that manufacturing runs efficiently and maintains the correct quality standards. Your tasks may include starting and setting up machines, monitoring production, replenishing materials, and performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

You will also be responsible for following safety protocols, documenting production data, and ensuring that work is carried out according to the company's quality requirements. This role requires attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who

To be considered for this position, we require some form of technical education or equivalent work experience. You should have good skills in reading technical drawings and possess strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
