Job Description

At Nearyou, we are now looking for an experienced machine operator for our client NMC Sweden. This is a recruitment where you will become an important part of the operations and be offered a developmental role in a stable and international industry. As a machine operator, you are responsible for monitoring and optimizing the production process. You work with setting up and adjusting machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that the material flow into the machines works smoothly, as well as handling and packing the finished product for delivery. The work also involves close collaboration with colleagues where you contribute to the whole and support where needs arise. The pace can be high at times, which places demands on flexibility and good teamwork skills. The position involves shift work.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for you who have previous experience working as a machine operator. Attributes that are important for the position are that you have the right attitude, are detail-oriented, and have the ability to see the big picture of what you do. It is important that you can collaborate and are a good team player. For the right person, there are good development opportunities. Requirements for the position:

• Fluent in Swedish (speaking, reading, and understanding)
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and own car
• Forklift license
