Rådmansö Trailer AB is looking for a Transport Manager.

In this central role within the company, you will strive to continuously develop the company's quality through a solid and structured approach.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Overall responsibility for transports and drivers
• Monitoring of driving and rest times
• Calculation of travel times and distances
• Dispatching of special transports
• Customer contact
• Order reception and price calculation
• Invoicing of transports
• Problem-solving in case of transport obstacles, e.g., delays
• Approval of invoices
• Planning of truck maintenance services
• Performance monitoring

Key requirements for the role:

Stress Resilience: You must be able to handle a fast pace and solve emerging problems while managing various customer contacts to coordinate transports.

Customer Focus: You are attentive to customer needs and strive to resolve them in the best possible way.

Communication Skills: As the role involves significant communication between customers, suppliers, and employees, it is crucial to be clear when giving and receiving instructions without losing important information.

Organizational Skills: You need the ability to plan, create structure, and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously to organize transports efficiently.

Qualifications that are an advantage:

• Transport Manager education
• Previous work experience in the field
• Good English language skills
• CE driving license
