We are looking for more engaged and proud site construction workers (markanläggare) for permanent employment.

As a construction worker, you will be part of our team and help create pleasant outdoor environments while carrying out various types of construction projects for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform earthworks to prepare areas for construction.
• Handle materials such as base layers, stones, and other building materials.
• Be responsible for handling and using the correct tools, equipment, and machinery to perform construction work efficiently and safely.
• Work according to drawings and instructions to ensure that construction projects meet customer requirements and specifications.
• Provide advice and recommendations to customers regarding material selection and design options.

Qualifications:

• Experience with various types of construction work and knowledge of different construction methods, as well as material and machinery knowledge.
• Knowledge of how to use various tools, machines, and equipment required for construction work.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and work according to specified instructions.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform work requiring lifting, digging, and handling of heavy materials.
• Attention to detail to ensure high quality in the finished work.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with customers and colleagues.

We are looking for you who have the drive to work both independently and in a group towards common project goals and can take personal responsibility for the execution. A valid driver's license (Category B) and YKB certification for wheel loaders are meritorious.

As a person, you are independent and have an easy time communicating in an open and unpretentious manner. You have good social skills, are sensitive to the needs of the business, and naturally read customer benefits. You thrive in a flat, communicative, and dynamic organization with fast decision-making processes.
