At our salon, we combine a hairdressing salon and a retail store in a vibrant concept where service, creativity, and sales go hand in hand. We are looking for someone who wants to create experiences, build customer relationships, and develop together with an engaged team.

Your role with us

As a hairdresser at VACKER, you are a key part of the customer experience from the first greeting to the final result. You work creatively with cuts, colors, and advice, helping customers find both the right look and the right products. Through your personality, professional skills, and service, you create customers who want to come back, time and time again.

You work closely with your colleagues in an inspiring environment where we support each other, share knowledge, and have fun together, even when the pace is fast.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a qualified hairdresser or currently in level 1–2 of training and wishes to continue developing.
• Has a genuine interest in hair, trends, and people.
• Is positive, engaged, and enjoys taking responsibility.
• Thrives in an environment where service and sales are a natural part of the job.
• Is flexible, solution-oriented, and likes to take initiative.
• Wants to contribute to team spirit and the salon's collective success.
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Practical Information

• Employment type: Permanent position with an initial probationary period
• Working hours: 75–100%
• Salary: According to collective agreement
