ABOUT THE ROLE

Noram International AB works with Noram SX – a specialized steel product for the process industry, primarily in sulfuric acid-related environments where high demands are placed on quality, sustainability, and delivery security. The products include pipes, flanges, and other pipe components adapted for demanding industrial applications.

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will become an important part of daily operations, working with customer inquiries and quotation work for customers and suppliers globally. You will engage in daily customer dialogues via phone and email and be responsible for driving quotation processes forward. The role also involves significant responsibility for coordinating and following up on deliveries related to Noram's technical products. You will work closely with the company's business area manager and maintain regular contact via phone and email with customers, suppliers, freight companies, and internal contacts in both Sweden and Canada.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries from customers globally
• Create, administer, and follow up on quotations based on customer needs and technical specifications
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, freight companies, and warehouse functions
• Work proactively with follow-up on quotations and customer dialogues
• Collaborate closely with internal contacts in Sweden and Canada regarding technical issues and customer projects
• Participate in trade fairs and occasional customer and supplier visits in Europe as needed

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who thrives in a broad and relationship-oriented role where you combine customer contact, administration, and technical understanding in your daily work. You are structured, communicative, and confident in handling multiple parallel cases simultaneously. You appreciate working close to customers, suppliers, and colleagues in an operation where collaboration and initiative are important parts of everyday life.

We believe you have experience from technical sales, order management, or another customer-facing and coordinating role, preferably within industrial operations. To succeed in the role, we see that you have technical understanding and feel confident in dialogues regarding technical products and solutions. You will have daily contact with customers and internal contacts internationally, which means you also need to feel confident communicating in English in technical dialogues.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience with quotation work, order management, or customer-facing administration
• Familiarity with working in business systems, preferably Visma
• Good administrative skills and a structured work approach
• Experience in customer contact and relationship-building work
• Technical interest and understanding
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Experience from the process industry, workshop, or other technical operations is meritorious, as is an understanding of technical products and logistics-related flows. Knowledge of Spanish is also considered an asset.
