About the Position

We are looking for engaged and service-oriented bus drivers who want to be part of our team. We are seeking someone with a strong sense of service and the ability to handle stressful situations. As a bus driver with us, you are responsible for transporting our passengers safely and securely with a friendly and professional attitude. Your primary duties will include driving school buses as well as demand-responsive service trips, based out of our depot in Älmhult. You may also be offered assignments related to the company's charter traffic.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the local area

Language Requirements: Swedish

License Requirements: Category D driving license and valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC/YKB)

Salary Type: Fixed monthly or hourly salary

About Busspecialisten

Busspecialisten is a modern family-owned company headquartered in Växjö. Operations are run from the company's depots in Markaryd, Älmhult, Uppvidinge, and Växjö. The assignments include school transportation, service trips, train replacement services, and charter traffic. Busspecialisten operates traffic assignments for Länstrafiken Kronoberg regarding school buses and service trips. The assignment covers 92 vehicles across four municipalities. The contract started in July and August 2025 and extends over a long-term period.
