Welcome to The Dock – Södertälje's new destination where energy, meetings, and experiences come together.

At The Dock we are currently building Södertälje's new destination. A hotel where people meet for experiences, meetings, food, and relaxation.

The spa will be a central part of the experience, spanning two floors with treatments, pools, and environments for total relaxation.

We are now looking for Spa Therapists who want to be part of creating something from scratch and have experience with both massage and spa treatments such as body and light facial treatments.

About the Role

A role for you who loves both treatments and people. As a treatment therapist at The Dock, you are an important part of the guest experience and contribute to creating an environment characterized by quality, warmth, and professionalism.

You move naturally between different parts of the spa. Here we work as a team and support each other where needed. In addition to treatments, this may involve meeting guests in the spa reception, handling bookings when necessary, and contributing to the smooth daily flow of the spa.

You are a role model in the treatment team and help set the standard for quality, professionalism, and guest experience.

An Opportunity to Be Involved from the Start

The spa is brand new, and you get a unique opportunity to help shape the experience from day one.

We work with products from Eminence Organic Skincare, and all training takes place on-site before opening.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Perform treatments and deliver high-level spa experiences
• Be a role model in hospitality, service, and interaction
• Support the daily operations of the spa as needed

Who Are You?

We believe you are an experienced therapist who is passionate about both treatments and people.

We believe you:

• Are trained as a spa or skin therapist, masseur/masseuse, or equivalent
• Have experience with treatments in a professional spa environment
• Are passionate about service and guest experience
• Thrive in an environment where the pace is sometimes high

Practical Information:

• Start: After agreement
• Employment type: Permanent, with an initial 6-month probation period
• Salary & conditions: Individual salary setting, collective agreement Visita-HRF
• Opening: July 2026
• Working hours: Varying hours, day & evening including weekends
• Reports to: Spa Manager
