At our salon, we combine a hairdressing service with a retail shop in a vibrant concept where service, creativity, and sales go hand in hand. We are looking for you who want to create experiences, build customer relationships, and develop together with an engaged team.

Your role with us

As a hairdresser at VACKER, you are a key part of the customer experience from the first greeting to the final result. You work creatively with cuts, color, and advice, helping customers find both the right look and the right products. Through your personality, professional skills, and service, you create customers who want to come back, time and time again.

You work closely with your colleagues in an inspiring environment where we support each other, share knowledge, and have fun together, even when the pace is fast.

We are looking for you who

• Are a qualified hairdresser or currently in training levels 1–2 and wish to continue developing.
• Have a genuine interest in hair, trends, and people.
• Are positive, engaged, and enjoy taking responsibility.
• Thrive in an environment where service and sales are a natural part of the job.
• Are flexible, solution-oriented, and like to take initiative.
• Want to contribute to team spirit and the salon's collective success.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
