Your Responsibilities

We are currently seeking motivated machine operators for our client in Varberg. The work will consist of monitoring and supplying machines with materials, as well as being responsible for the entire line to ensure the process runs as planned. Other tasks may include packaging, refilling materials, and warehouse work. You will work closely with other production colleagues but must also be proactive and a problem solver. You must be available for work throughout the entire summer to be considered for this position.

Your Background

We would like you to have:

• Experience working as a machine operator (experience in the food industry is a merit, but not a requirement).
• A technical interest and a willingness to learn new things.
• Experience working in production (food industry experience is a plus).
• Good Swedish language skills.
• Good physical fitness.
• Flexibility and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Availability to work shifts when needed.

Start: April/May
Hours: Day shift, evening shifts may occur
Scope: Full-time.

You will be hired as a consultant to the client on a 6-month probationary employment contract, with the possibility of transitioning to direct employment with the client after the period ends.
