On behalf of the client, Miljonbemanning is now looking for engaged and service-oriented bus drivers for permanent full-time positions. The client is a well-established player in public transport, working daily to create safe, sustainable, and reliable journeys for a large number of passengers.

As a bus driver, you will become an important part of daily public transport and play a central role in the interaction with passengers. You are the client's face to the public, contributing to a positive travel experience through your attitude, driving, and sense of responsibility.

As a bus driver, you are responsible for driving buses on scheduled routes according to timetables and current procedures. You are responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers, as well as ensuring that traffic is conducted in a safe, professional, and service-oriented manner.

The role includes, among other things:

• operating a bus in public transport in a safe and responsible manner
• providing good service and information to passengers
• handling traffic disruptions and deviations in a calm and professional manner
• collaborating with traffic control and colleagues
• inspecting the vehicle and reporting any faults, damages, or deviations
• contributing to a safe, inclusive, and well-functioning work environment

The job suits you if you thrive with responsibility, people, and varying workdays. You need to be able to work independently, make sound decisions in traffic, and at the same time be responsive to both passengers and colleagues.

• hold a valid driver's license with category D
• hold a valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC/YKB)
• can communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• are secure, responsible, and service-oriented
• have good ability to handle stress and solve problems on the go
• are punctual, flexible, and have good teamwork skills
• are comfortable using digital systems and mobile-based tools at work

Previous experience with bus driving, scheduled routes, dial-a-ride, service traffic, or other professional passenger transport is considered an asset. It is also an advantage if you have good local knowledge of the Nacka and Stockholm area and if you speak multiple languages.

This is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be directly employed by the client company.

The position is a permanent full-time role based in Nacka. Working hours are scheduled and may vary depending on traffic needs, which means work may occur in early mornings, evenings, and on weekends.
