Production Team Leader at Guldhaven Pelagiska

Guldhaven Pelagiska in Kalix is looking for a Production Team Leader. The role involves leading your team in daily production activities and performing hands-on tasks within the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, distribute, and plan the work within your production team.
• Handle and control raw materials and products.
• Ensure that tasks are carried out according to current procedures, as well as hygiene and safety regulations.
• Coordinate logistics and material flows within the production area.
• Monitor production goals and report to production management.

Requirements:

• Experience in leadership roles within production.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
• Languages: Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Qualifications that are a plus:

• Experience within the food industry.
• Education in food safety and hygiene.
• Languages: Ukrainian, Thai, or Russian.
• Experience in roe production.
• Experience in fish production.
• Valid forklift license.

Employment Details:

Full-time position, located in Kalix.
