Production Team Leader at Guldhaven Pelagiska
Guldhaven Pelagiska in Kalix is looking for a Production Team Leader. The role involves leading your team in daily production activities and performing hands-on tasks within the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, distribute, and plan the work within your production team.
- Handle and control raw materials and products.
- Ensure that tasks are carried out according to current procedures, as well as hygiene and safety regulations.
- Coordinate logistics and material flows within the production area.
- Monitor production goals and report to production management.
Requirements:
- Experience in leadership roles within production.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
- Languages: Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Qualifications that are a plus:
- Experience within the food industry.
- Education in food safety and hygiene.
- Languages: Ukrainian, Thai, or Russian.
- Experience in roe production.
- Experience in fish production.
- Valid forklift license.
Employment Details:
Full-time position, located in Kalix.
