At Montico, we are currently looking for forklift drivers, assemblers, and welders for upcoming assignments with our clients throughout Östergötland. The assignments vary between day shifts and shift work depending on the client's needs.

About the role

As a consultant at Montico, you will be employed by us and work on-site with one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. Our assignments are located in several areas in Östergötland, and we are looking for you who want to develop within the industry and contribute with engagement, quality, and responsibility.

Job Description

We are recruiting personnel in the following areas:

Forklift Drivers:

• Forklift operation and material handling
• Loading, unloading, and supply of production
• Forklift license and experience with forklift operation are required

Assemblers:

• Assembly of products and components according to drawings and instructions
• Ability to read drawings and experience in assembly or industrial work is advantageous
• Attention to detail and a quality mindset are important

Welders:

• Welding, primarily MIG/MAG
• Ability to read drawings and quality control
• Experience in welding is required

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the field you are applying for
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a driver's license and access to a car
• Is responsible, flexible, and has good collaboration skills
• Thrives in an industrial environment and enjoys practical work
