We want to continue investing in strong internal competence and are now looking for a Project Manager who will be based at our administration office in Norrköping.

What do we offer you? As a Project Manager here, you will primarily drive renovation and conversion projects within our housing portfolio. You will be responsible for the entire process from start to finish, ensuring it is carried out in accordance with agreed quality, economics, and timelines.

Your work will involve being part of the entire project journey: from the idea phase and design to the realization of the business case, and driving the projects all the way to the finish line.

What do you offer us? We are looking for someone with relevant construction engineering education and/or relevant practical experience from the contractor side. This position requires competence in construction technology, cost estimation, project design, financial management, and contract law.

As a person, you need to be unpretentious, flexible, trustworthy, and possess a high degree of business acumen. You should have the ability to consider tenants' needs, have a sound business sense, and an understanding of each customer's interests.
