About the role

As a Service Technician specializing in Water & Wastewater (VA) at Pumphuset, you will become a vital part of our service team. You will work with troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation of pumps and control systems for clients in the industrial, municipal water/wastewater, and property sectors.

The work is varied and takes place both on-site at customer locations and in our workshops. We work with most of the major pump brands on the market, including KSB, Sulzer, Grundfos, Wilo, and Xylem/Flygt.

Initially, you will be introduced to the role by working alongside an experienced colleague. As you gain confidence in your work, you will gradually take on more responsibility – with the opportunity to eventually take a leading role in projects and the team.

Your main responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of pumps and control systems

  • Installation and maintenance of water/wastewater-related equipment

  • Work both on-site at customer locations and in the workshop

  • Documentation and reporting of completed work in business systems

  • Contribute to high customer satisfaction through professional and service-oriented interactions

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and has a genuine interest in technology. You are responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Since you are the face of Pumphuset, it is important that you are social, communicative, and service-minded.

Qualifications

  • Technical education at the upper secondary level or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably within the pump industry or with rotating machinery

  • Experience within the water/wastewater sector

  • Knowledge of electrical, control, and regulation technology (B-certification is highly meritorious)

  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

  • Good computer skills

  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Employment type: Full-time

  • Start date: Immediately or as agreed

  • Location: Upplands Väsby (Stockholm)

  • Working hours:

    • Monday–Thursday: 07:30–16:30

    • Friday: 07:30–15:30
