We are immediately seeking a Transport Manager for our client in Tyresö, south of Stockholm.

We are looking for an engaged Transport Manager who wants to be part of the journey and ensure that transport operations run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

In your role as Transport Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the company's transport activities. You will play a central role in the business, ensuring that materials are handled and transported in an efficient and secure manner.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily transports
• Communicate with drivers and customers
• Monitor and optimize routes to maximize efficiency
• Handle and resolve issues that may arise during transports
• Maintain documentation and reporting on transport status

Qualifications

• Experience from the transport or waste management industry
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• Familiarity with geographical areas within Stockholm
• Good IT skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the waste management industry
• Previous experience as a Transport Manager
