Maintenance Worker 75–100% at VFG Utbildning

Do you want a varied job where you play a key role in daily operations? VFG Utbildning is now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented maintenance worker who shares the school's core values: support, motivate, and engage.

About the role

The position is between 75% and 100% and can be adapted based on agreement. There is an opportunity to combine this role with other tasks within the organization to achieve full-time employment.

Responsibilities

As a maintenance worker, your duties will include:

• Ongoing building maintenance and upkeep
• Minor repairs and servicing
• Responsibility for premises, equipment, and outdoor areas
• Communication with suppliers and contractors
• Support for staff and students with practical matters
• Handling and distribution of student uniforms/clothing
• General cleaning of premises
• Driving the meal delivery vehicle

We are looking for someone who:

• Is hands-on and has strong problem-solving skills
• Is independent, responsible, and service-oriented
• Has experience in similar work (preferred but not required)
• Works well in a team
• Has a valid B-driver's license (mandatory)
