Are you interested in the connection between working life and health? Do you want the opportunity to work with mental health through both preventive and supportive measures? Are you curious about supporting both managers and employees? Do you enjoy working at both group and individual levels? Then Feelgood could be your new workplace.
Our vision is Sweden's healthiest customers. We work in teams for our various client companies and deliver services within occupational health and safety, health development, rehabilitation, and healthcare. A positive attitude, innovation, a holistic perspective, and a strong desire to achieve good results characterize our culture and work community.
Working at Feelgood: At Feelgood, you step into a future-oriented industry where your skills are in demand. You will contribute to a sustainable private and working life with the workplace as the arena. It is becoming increasingly important for employers to work with health and occupational safety issues at the individual, group, and organizational levels, where work with mental health is becoming more relevant and necessary. We serve employers as an expert resource and support our clients with occupational safety issues. The work is done in close collaboration with the client as well as with other competencies (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, case managers, etc.) at the unit.
Current position: Permanent position, 75-100% for our operations in Katrineholm and/or Nyköping. You will become part of our team of approx. 10 people in various roles (doctor, psychologist, behavioral scientist, nurse, physiotherapist, ergonomist). The operation is characterized by a collegial spirit and a "we-feeling" where we collaborate across units and professional categories.
As a Licensed Psychologist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with:
- Individual conversations for preventive or supportive purposes (both physical and digital)
- Group supervision
- Consulting for management and organization
- Training and lecture initiatives
- Work ability assessments
- Crisis support and conflict management
We are looking for a Licensed Psychologist with:
- Experience with individual conversations
- CBT competence/experience
- Interest in working life, health, and the connection between these
- Experience and/or interest in group assignments, supervision, and education
- Familiarity, confidence, and interest in digital delivery and digital tools
- Collaborative skills and a preference for cross-professional work
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious qualifications include:
- Experience in occupational health services
- Previous experience with work ability assessments
- Experience working with harmful substance use
- Interest/experience working with ADHD/Autism (NPF) in working life
- Experience with work-oriented rehabilitation
- Experience and interest in assignments within organization and leadership.
We offer you: In addition to the benefits mentioned above, we offer you exciting and developmental work where you get to make a difference every day. Based on the needs of the operation, there are good opportunities for flexibility in your schedule and, to some extent, the possibility to work remotely. We can also offer annualized hours if it is a solution that suits both parties.
Other:
- Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period. Degree of employment and start date by agreement
- The position involves travel to units and clients in the local area according to operational needs, which means you must have a B-driver's license and access to your own car
Are you interested? We warmly welcome your application and take the chance to become part of a fantastic team in a very interesting industry.
Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, which means the position may be filled before the application deadline has passed.
