The company was founded in 2010 and works with construction, stone setting, fine grading, maintenance, and winter maintenance. The operations are broad and adapted to the customers' needs. They work throughout Greater Stockholm and are based in Tumba.

The company is growing together with its customers and has received more assignments. Therefore, the team needs to expand now. Here you will work in a company that values versatility and quality in every assignment.

We are currently looking for a gardener/groundskeeper because the business is growing and more maintenance assignments need to be handled. You will work very independently at customer sites and report to the operations manager. You will depart from the office in Tumba every day.

About the position

As a gardener/groundskeeper, you will among other things:

  • Maintain outdoor environments for customers around Greater Stockholm.
  • Be responsible for irrigation, raking, and fertilizing of green areas.
  • Keep outdoor environments clean and tidy according to the customer's needs.
  • Document and report your work in the system Bygglet.
  • Provide support with planting if needed.

Areas of responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your assignments are carried out correctly and that the work flows according to plan. You ensure that the quality remains high and that the customer is satisfied with the result. Since you often work alone, it is important that you can plan and take responsibility for the entire process, from start to finish.

Desired profile:

  • Category B driver's license.
  • Machine operator license for wheel loaders.
  • Experience in gardening/groundskeeping.
  • Availability to work on-call during winter for snow removal.

We are looking for someone who:

Is independent and meticulous; because you work alone and need to be able to make your own decisions in daily work.

Is responsible; as you are responsible for ensuring assignments are performed correctly and according to customer expectations.

Has a desire to work outdoors in all weather; because the work takes place outside year-round and requires you to thrive in that environment.

Advantageous if you:

  • Have previous experience in gardening/groundskeeping.

Other:

Start: Immediately. Working hours: 07.00–16.00. Location: Based in Tumba, work in Greater Stockholm. Employment type: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probation period.
