• Assembly of automotive components according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Ensure that assembly meets the highest quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting and follow-up in case of deviations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an efficient production flow.
• Actively contribute to improvement work within production and the work environment.

• Experience in assembly within the industry, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Good skills in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Basic technical education or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good communication skills.

• Driven – You have high engagement and enjoy achieving set goals.
• Independent – You take responsibility for your own work and can solve problems on your own.
• Responsible – You understand the importance of quality and safety in production.
