About You

You are passionate about ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen meets high standards of quality, both in taste and presentation. You have a keen eye for detail, handle ingredients with respect, and view hygiene and precision as integral parts of professional pride.

In this role, you will work closely with the head chef to set the direction for both working methods and quality. You are responsible for planning, ordering, and inventory, ensuring the kitchen is prepared to deliver consistent and thoughtful service. During service, you are present, clear, and supportive; you distribute tasks, follow up, and ensure every part of the kitchen functions as a cohesive unit. You will work alongside a team where collaboration, communication, and respect for each other's roles are crucial to delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.
