About the job:

At RA Hospitality, we are currently looking for a Team Leader for one of our hotels in Värmdö/Nacka. You will handle administrative tasks such as room allocation, room inspections, and scheduling, while also spending a significant part of your day on room cleaning and housekeeping.

Since you will be responsible for picking up and dropping off staff, a B-class driver's license is required. A company car is available for use.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping in Sweden
• Is flexible
• Is positive, energetic, loyal, and not afraid of hard work
• Can communicate in Swedish and English
• Is meticulous and has an eye for detail
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys leading a team and liaising with other hotel departments

You do not necessarily need prior experience as a Team Leader, but we are looking for someone eager to take the next step in their career while still enjoying hands-on housekeeping work.
