As a Machine Operator, you will work at the heart of production, manufacturing custom industrial brushes. You will follow products through the entire manufacturing process, from raw material to finished product, which means varied and practical work where you are involved in every step. The work includes, among other things, shaping and processing strip steel, filling brush material, binding, and finishing products according to specific customer requirements. You will be responsible for several machines and work with manual setup and adjustment of the machines in production. The work takes place largely in an analog environment, which requires accuracy, technical interest, and genuine craftsmanship skills. The role also includes tasks such as welding (primarily MIG), manual turning and milling, as well as quality control and post-processing of products. You will help ensure that the final result maintains high quality and meets customer expectations. About You To succeed in the role of Machine Operator, we look for someone with a background in industry or workshop work and experience with machining, such as turning, milling, or welding. You have a practical touch, can read blueprints, and feel confident working independently. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to a good atmosphere in the group. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a desire to develop in your professional role over time. As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and not afraid to take your own initiatives. You thrive in an environment where every product is unique and customized.
