About the assignment

A family in Säter with 1 child, aged 3.5 years, is looking for babysitting help 1–2 times a week. The family needs help on weekdays during the day and weekday evenings between approximately 16:00–22:00.

Since babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, e.g., studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we require a reasonable commute time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, therefore we open up for individual salary setting for everyone with an upper secondary school diploma. For everyone still attending upper secondary school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 – 165.19 SEK/hour incl. holiday allowance.
