About the assignment

A family in Söderbärke with two children (1 & 5 years old) is looking for help with childcare 1-3 afternoons every other week between approximately 13:00/14:00 and 18:00/19:00 (hours may vary).

Since babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we require that you have a reasonable travel time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, therefore we open up for individual salary setting for everyone with a high school diploma. For everyone still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 127.38 - 159.48 SEK/hour incl. holiday pay.
