About the assignment

A family in Uppsala with 1 child, aged 5–6 years, is looking for help with childcare 1–2 times per week. The family prefers help on weeknights and weekends between 16:00–20:30, or they are flexible with days and times. The family speaks Swedish, Russian, and English at home.

Since babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, e.g., studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we require you to have a reasonable commute time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, therefore we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For everyone still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour incl. holiday pay.
