We are now looking for a Demolition Technician with a focus on remediation to join our team in Uppsala.

With us, you will work to restore properties after fire and water damage as well as other types of remediation tasks. The work is varied and takes place in different environments where you, together with colleagues, assist both businesses and individuals when damages have occurred.

About the position

As a demolition technician with us, you will work with demolition and remediation related to damages in properties. The work often takes place at the customer's site and together with colleagues in a team.

The work is varied and can involve both practical tasks and customer contact.

Your tasks may include:

• Demolition work related to fire and water damage
• Remediation related to fire and water damage
• Mold remediation
• Social remediation

The work requires precision, a focus on safety, and a practical approach. Some tasks may be physically demanding.

More about you and what we are looking for

You have experience from similar work in damage remediation and/or demolition. Previous experience in the construction or property industry is an advantage. We place great emphasis on your attitude and willingness to develop. A valid driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, are required.

In the role of demolition technician, you will meet our customers on-site daily, so it is important that you are service-oriented and can communicate clearly. Good physical condition is an advantage as heavy lifting may occur. You are meticulous in your work and have an easy time reading and understanding instructions. Availability for on-call work if needed.

Additional information

Recover applies individual salary setting and collective agreements are in place. This is a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probation period. As part of Recover's safety work, drug testing is conducted prior to employment.
