Cleaning Services

Cleaning Services offers and ensures high-quality cleaning of the municipality's premises, primarily in preschools, schools, offices, youth centers, libraries, nursing homes, and sports halls. We also offer deep cleaning, floor care, move-out cleaning, construction cleaning, and much more. At Cleaning Services, we continuously develop our operations to be a state-of-the-art cleaning organization with a focus on the environment, staff, and new digital cleaning tools. We use modern environmentally friendly cleaning methods with cleaning machines and chemical-free mops. The entire cleaning operation is digitized, and all our cleaners are equipped with smartphones and tablets for this purpose.

Job Description

Your work will involve performing regular cleaning with modern methods, tools, and machines. You will be responsible for ongoing cleaning and ensuring that the relevant premises maintain a high hygienic standard. We work with digital tools, and you will thus handle instructions, password management, communication, QR codes, etc., in your daily work. We use systems such as Clean Pilot, Heroma, and Teams. In this recruitment, we are primarily looking for full-time employees for temporary positions of about 3 months during the summer period.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with previous experience in cleaning work. It is an advantage if you have documented cleaning training and a B driver's license. As a person, you adapt easily to changing circumstances and can quickly adjust both your perspective and your work methods. You see opportunities in changes and contribute to creating momentum in new situations. You collaborate well with others by being attentive, communicative, and flexible in your way of building good relationships. You listen to others' needs and resolve conflicts constructively. In your interactions, you are calm, attentive, and accommodating. You have a strong desire and ability to help others and always strive to find and deliver solutions.
