We are now seeking a CEO who wants to take a well-functioning company forward – from an entrepreneur-driven organization to a more structured and scalable operation, while maintaining its culture and increasing its business focus. Does this sound interesting?

About the Role

As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing Geoserve. The role involves combining a strategic perspective with close operational engagement, where you drive growth, strengthen the organization, and create structure within the business.

Geoserve is an environmental technology company specializing in soil remediation, water treatment, and contracting, operating throughout Sweden and part of the Renall Group. The organization consists of approximately 20 employees and is characterized by high competence, great engagement, and a down-to-earth, unpretentious culture. Historically, the company has been driven by a focus on technology and quality. Now, there is clear potential to further develop the business through increased business drive, better structure, and a more offensive approach. Your role will be central here.

You will set the direction, build structure, and create the conditions for the organization to grow – both in business and capability. At the same time, you will be present in the operations and drive development forward together with the team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive and implement the company's strategy
• Develop the business and identify new business opportunities
• Increase business volume and enable larger projects
• Build and develop the management team and organization
• Ensure structure, goals, and follow-up
• Be responsible for results, budget, and profitability
• Lead the dialogue with owners and the board

In this role, you will report to the CEO of Renall. The position is based in Västerås, Mölndal, or at one of Renall's offices in Central Sweden. Travel is required.

You are confident in your leadership, clear in your communication, and have the ability to take people along on a development journey. At the same time, you have a business drive and a willingness to develop the operations forward.

We believe you have:

• Experience in a leading role, such as CEO or Business Area Manager
• Documented experience in driving growth and change management
• Experience from project-based operations
• Strong business and financial understanding

About Geoserve

Geoserve is a Swedish environmental technology company with specialized competence in soil remediation and water treatment. We have offices in Västerås and Mölndal and run projects across Sweden for customers such as municipalities, industrial companies, environmental consultants, and government agencies.

We have approximately 20 employees and an annual turnover of around 100 million SEK. Our operations include project management and contracting for remediation of contaminated areas, water treatment, as well as civil and installation work at fuel stations. We combine long industry experience with our own development, manufacturing, and innovation – always with the environment, safety, and customer needs in focus.

Geoserve was founded in 2012 and has been part of the Renall Group since 2025, which strengthens our offering and gives us the opportunity to grow further within sustainable environmental technology.
