About the assignment

A family in Eskilstuna with one child (4 years old) is looking for help with childcare 3-5 times a month on weekends, approximately 3-5 hours per shift. Times vary and can be somewhere between approximately 12:00-22:00. There is a current possibility to expand the need further down the line. The family has 3 additional children who do not require childcare.

Since babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we require that you have a reasonable travel time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, therefore we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For everyone who is still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour incl. holiday pay.
