Job Description
As a Store Administrator with a focus on catering, you will, together with your colleagues, form an important support function for the rest of the operations.
The job offers varied tasks, including both administrative duties and physically demanding work. You will be responsible for receiving and checking goods for the food store. Furthermore, the role includes sorting and delivering food and ready-made meals to remand prisons and prison houses; deliveries are made using a forklift. You will also work with self-control programs according to HACCP. We actively work with self-management and developing our offerings to our customers. Therefore, you will support the prison and remand facilities in self-management issues, which, in addition to contact with colleagues, may involve contact with clients.
Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:
- Work experience, even in the form of seasonal work, hourly employment, or self-employment. Internships and volunteer work are not considered equivalent to employment.
- Completed upper secondary education or other education combined with experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service deems relevant.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both oral and written.
- Good computer skills.
It is also an advantage to have:
- Education in restaurant management, large-scale household management, or food technology.
- Work experience from warehousing, food handling, or store work.
- Experience working with self-control systems.
- Forklift license.
- Other experiences that can be deemed relevant for the position.
