Temporary Sales Distributor for Pågen in Västerås

Pågen is currently seeking a temporary Sales Distributor with a B or C driver's license for Saturdays and as needed. By joining, you become part of Sweden's largest sales force, which supplies the country's stores and consumers with fresh bread every day.

What does the role entail?

In your work within Pågen's sales force, your overall responsibility is to visit our customers and stores to supply them with our fresh quality products. You will be part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you are responsible for. You will have a temporary job that is varied, mobile, and fun, as it includes a mix of sales and distribution tasks. You will have many points of contact, primarily with the customers you visit, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on the business and results, we share the desire to get a little better every day.

• Visit our customers to restock with our fresh products.
• Create conditions for good sales in-store.
• Plan and execute sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results.

The position is a temporary role with immediate start on 08-05-2026

Who are you?

You are responsive, easily build trust, and are driven by working towards set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and structure with a focus on quality and efficiency in all aspects of your work.

You communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and the position requires a B or C driver's license (YKB). We prefer that you have experience in retail and sales work, preferably within the food industry.
