Movant is seeking an engaged teacher for Malmö and Lund

Do you have several years of experience as a locksmith/lock technician and preferably good knowledge of access control systems and alarms? Then this might be the job for you. Movant is looking for an engaged and relationship-building teacher for our educational sites in Malmö and Lund.

The position covers 100% across two locations, with partially different content.

In this role, you are responsible for signing agreements with the companies that host our apprentices and for regularly following up on their development. You will become an important link between the education and the industry, actively working to build and maintain long-term collaborations with companies. The goal is to ensure that every participant receives high-quality and secure guidance during their training.

The position in Malmö covers 60% and concerns a national vocational education conducted according to the guidelines and quality requirements of the University College of Applied Sciences. The assignment includes two days per week on-site with teaching, both theoretical and practical.

The position in Lund covers 40%, with a focus on developing work materials and assignments for both educational sites. Initially, there will be more work in Lund, after which the position is distributed with 40% in Lund and 60% in Malmö.

Within the Lund education, apprentices are placed in or near their home area, for example in Trelleborg, Kristianstad, Lund, or Helsingborg. In connection with signing agreements and at least two follow-up occasions, you need to be on-site at the companies. Other follow-ups can be conducted digitally via Teams.

To thrive in this role, you have a natural ability to create and maintain relationships and a genuine commitment to working in a supportive manner. You work in a structured way and contribute to participants reaching their goals while creating a positive experience for all involved parties.

We expect you to have several years of experience as a locksmith/lock technician and preferably good knowledge of access control systems and alarms. You have a pedagogical approach and a willingness to share your knowledge. Teacher training is an asset but not a requirement.
