Glass and Tire Technician – Join Bildeve in Helsingborg

In this role, you will combine technical work with customer contact and deliver high-quality services in both automotive glass and tire/wheel alignment – all with the customer in focus.

Your role

As a Glass and Tire Technician, you are responsible for the entire process – from booking to follow-up – ensuring that each customer receives world-class service. You will work both practically with cars and administratively with documentation and customer contact, supported by both technical and administrative staff.

Job responsibilities

Practical work:

• Perform glass repairs and replacements
• Provide tire services and wheel alignments
• Receive and hand over cars to customers

Customer contact & administration:

• Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
• Follow up with customers after visits and send videos if necessary
• Basic administration: documentation, action proposals, invoicing, and card payments
• Sell the company's services and subscriptions
• Participate in 5S and take responsibility for your own area
• Actively contribute to improvement work

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least one year of experience in similar work, either through employment or internship
• Is service-minded, structured, and solution-focused
• Has good collaboration skills and wants to contribute to a positive team
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Meritorious: vocational education in automotive or equivalent
