We are looking for a Network Information Manager who wants to take a central and customer-facing role where you are the face of the company and responsible for ensuring that our customers' documentation maintains high precision and quality. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence working methods, drive improvements, and be a key player in the development of our deliveries.

About the role

As a Network Information Manager, you are the one who keeps the whole together for our customers' network information. You work daily in NIS/GIS systems, provide instructions, perform registry maintenance, and support our customers in documentation-related issues. You drive special assignments and projects, prepare materials and reports, and act as an important support both internally and towards our customers.

Your mission - how you make a difference

  • Manage and update customers' network infrastructure in NIS/GIS systems
  • Perform instructions, registry maintenance, and quality assurance of network information
  • Provide support to customers in documentation and system issues
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and materials
  • Drive special assignments and customer projects

Who are you?

You work in a structured, meticulous, and analytical manner to ensure that our customers' network information maintains high quality. At the same time, you communicate clearly, build trust, and create strong relationships both internally and externally. The role suits you if you plan and prioritize well, enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and work independently with a focus on delivery and quality. You are solution-oriented, flexible in the face of change, and appreciate a role where you coordinate, drive work forward, and create order in complex flows.

Qualifications

  • High school education, preferably with a focus on technology or administration
  • Experience with NIS/GIS systems and work with infrastructure documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret technical information, such as maps and infrastructure data
  • Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
  • Computer skills – good knowledge of the Office suite.

Meritorious

  • Post-secondary technical education or GIS education
  • Experience from a similar industry
  • Knowledge of FME or CAD
  • Experience with NICE and IGS, SPAN, and IView.

Location: Örebro or Solna

Security requirements

Since Geomatikks customers conduct security-protected operations, you who apply for the position need to undergo a security review. This consists of a background check and a special interview, and is done in connection with or after your employment interview. You must give your consent for us to carry out the review. Employment can only occur after a completed and approved security review.
