About us

IST Foto provides photographic and database-based material on students and staff to municipalities, schools, children, and guardians across Sweden. We are a technology-based company with a prominent position as a technology developer and photography company within traditional school photography.

About the role

As a school photographer with us, you will be responsible for:

• Photographing portrait pictures of students and staff at our partner schools
• Planning and conducting photo days with structure, positive energy, and professional interaction
• Ensuring image quality and working in our digital systems
• Representing IST Foto in a warm and trustworthy manner

The assignment takes place during the school photo season from August to November in Kronoberg County and involves some travel, occasionally with overnight stays.

You will, of course, receive introductory training and complete photographic equipment from us.

Who are we looking for?

You thrive in meeting people, especially children and young people, and have a natural ability to create comfort and joy in front of the camera. You have good photography skills and a genuine interest in images, and you work responsibly, structured, and punctually. As a person, you are social, service-oriented, and solution-focused, and you easily adapt to different situations during a photo day. You have a B driver's license and access to a car, as well as good computer skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience working in schools, preschools, or similar environments is advantageous and seen as a big plus.
