Bakery Manager ICA Maxi Borlänge

In our store bakery, we bake from scratch and strive to offer our customers an inspiring and high-quality range of bread and pastry products throughout the store's opening hours.

We are now looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated bakery manager who wants to help develop our bakery further.

About the role

As a bakery manager, you will be responsible for driving and developing our store bakery. You will work both operationally in production and with further developing the range, quality, and work methods together with your team.

· Plan and lead the daily production in the bakery

· Ensure an attractive and high-quality range of bread and pastry products

· Develop new products and improve the existing range

· Work with structure, quality, and efficient work routines in production

· Contribute to strong teamwork and pride in craftsmanship

We are looking for someone who

· Is a trained baker or pastry chef

· Has several years of experience in a bakery, preferably in larger production

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high ambitions

· Is passionate about the craft and satisfied customers

The position is full-time and permanent, with a probationary period applied.
