Job Responsibilities

As a welder/assembler at Sveba Dahlen, you will have a varied role in the company's manufacturing process. You will work with both welding and assembly, where accuracy and quality are important in every step.

Your main tasks will include welding, primarily using MIG and TIG techniques, as well as mechanical assembly of ovens. The work is often project-based and may also involve travel over time.

The position is daytime-based with working hours from 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:00 to 14:45 on Fridays.

Background and Personal Qualities

To succeed in this role, you need to have some form of workshop technical education or equivalent. You have experience in both welding and assembly within the industry, good skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings, and the ability to work independently and with quality. You enjoy having a physically active job where you use your body in your tasks.

It is important that you are flexible and solution-oriented, have good teamwork skills, and can communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is a plus if you are open to traveling for work.
