About the job

This is a paid job.

The support is ordered and paid for by a customer (with RUT deduction), and you who perform the work will be employed by us and receive a salary.

You help someone you already know – for example, a neighbor, friend, or relative.

Since the support is provided by someone you already know, both the help and compensation stay within your own circle.

Examples of tasks

• raking and leaf collection • planting and watering

• weeding

• simple gardening tasks

• general outdoor assistance

Important to know

The work involves practical help and does not include medical interventions or care.

Work format

You and the person you are helping plan together what needs to be done and when. We provide a secure framework with employment, agreements, and structure.

• already work and want a side job • are 67+ and want to remain active
