We are now looking for a head waiter at Lammet & Grisen with clear responsibility for guest placement and flow in the dining room.

About the role

This position focuses on creating the best possible start for each group – from the first welcome to smooth seating. You will be responsible for placing guests and ensuring an efficient flow in the restaurant.

This is a role without personnel responsibility or supervisory tasks – perfect for you who thrive in an operational role close to the guests.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a head waiter, but could also be a server with clear structure from previous jobs
• Is organized and has a good sense of planning and logistics
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle many guests at the same time
