We are looking for several dedicated employees for a popular tourist facility in southern Öland that welcomes both private guests and booked groups year-round. The facility accommodates everything from couples and families wanting to experience nature and culture to larger groups in the form of youth camps, conferences, bus trips, weddings, and other celebrations.

As a member of our team, you will be one of the key individuals creating memorable stays for our guests through good service, flexibility, and care.

The tasks are varied and often combined within the same workday or week — this can involve breakfast and dinner service in the dining room, work in the café, kitchen assistant duties, reception service, or cleaning tasks. This makes the job diverse and social, with the opportunity to develop broad experience in several service areas.

We are looking for individuals of all ages — previous experience in service is advantageous but not a requirement; the most important thing is that you are cheerful, outgoing, and enjoy working with people. You are expected to work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and after a learning period, take on greater responsibility in your area of work. The positions encompass approximately 60–100%, and there is an opportunity to start work in April/May, but no later than mid-June. The exact length and form of employment can be discussed and adjusted by agreement.

Please note that you need to be able to reach the facility with your own transport (car or other means), as the public transport connections available do not fit the working hours. We are looking for both permanent seasonal positions and possibly temporary summer jobs — if you have specific requests regarding the extent of the position or start date, please indicate this in your application. Experience and qualifications

• Experience in service or restaurant work is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Basic hygiene knowledge for work in a kitchen/café is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good quality and service sense.
• You must be able to reach the workplace with your own transport (car or other means).
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

• Service-oriented and solution-focused — you see what needs to be done.
• Responsible and self-driven, but also a good team player who thrives in a team.
• Flexible regarding working hours and tasks — seasonal work means variation.
