As a cold storage warehouse employee, you will be picking goods to be delivered to Arla's customers. What does the role entail?
The main task is to pick goods using a system called Pick-To-Voice. We also expect you to contribute to a safe working environment among your colleagues by following our safety regulations and fostering a good atmosphere in our cold storage. To thrive with us, you need to enjoy working in a structured manner and always complete your tasks. The role requires lifting, and you will be standing and walking a lot in your daily work. You will receive a good overview of ergonomics during the introduction to learn how to work in a way that is sustainable for your body.
Working hours
Our working hours are scheduled between 05:00 and 22:00 Sunday to Friday, where most shifts are from 09:30 to 18:00. A shift lasts a maximum of 9.25 hours.
Who are you?
- At least 18 years old
- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Available for introduction 3-20 days during April-June
- Available to work full-time during weeks 26-33
- Holds a Forklift License A+B (Desirable: Good forklift experience)

Introduction and training will take place over 3-20 days, scheduled during daytime Monday to Friday by agreement. The position is a temporary employment over the summer (weeks 26-33) with the possibility of extra hours both before and after the summer.
To work with us, it is a requirement that you are at least 18 years old, due to the working hours of the position (AFS 2012:3 §19). Since you must be able to understand and follow safety regulations and manuals, we would like you to have good knowledge of Swedish. You will need to demonstrate your right to work in Sweden, which will occur during the interview. You will need to present a passport, national ID card, or certificate from the Migration Agency.
