We are seeking accommodation and cleaning staff who want to help create welcoming and well-maintained environments for our guests at Sala Silvergruva. For us, accommodation and cleaning are an important part of the overall experience and a central part of our quality level.

What does the role entail?

The work is broad and varied and includes, among other things:

• Daily cleaning and bed-making of our Bed & Breakfast Markenteriet, exhibitions, conference rooms, and common areas

• Laundry handling

• Deep cleaning as needed

• Contributing to order, structure, and world-class hospitality for our visitors throughout the facility.

• Working as a service host during breakfast service as needed

• The work is done in close collaboration with the accommodation manager, operations manager, and restaurant staff to ensure daily operations and a well-functioning business.

The work is physical and means that you are on the move for most of the day. The role suits you who enjoy an active job where attention to detail, structure, and good planning skills are important qualities.

• Are meticulous and quality-conscious, have an eye for detail, and take pride in work where the results are visible.

• Have a natural sense of service and a good attitude and contribute to a pleasant and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.

• Enjoy an active job and work structured both independently and together with others.

• Are attentive, action-oriented, and solution-focused, helping where needed to ensure smooth operations – even when the pace is high.

• Are curious and engaged and want to help convey the unique feeling and history of Sala Silvergruva to our guests.

• You master Swedish in speech and writing.

Experience in service and cleaning is an advantage but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on your personality, service mindset, and willingness to learn and develop in the role.

About the position

• The role involves work in various environments, both outdoors and indoors, and requires that you are in good physical shape and enjoy active and physical work.

• The position is for the summer season, which extends over June, July, and August, with our greatest need for staff during the period June 15 - August 10. However, the need may vary depending on the position.

• Work before and after the peak season may occur and can be scheduled on all days of the week, including evenings, by agreement.
