We are looking for a Special Property Manager for our management areas. As a Special Property Manager, you will work to remove bulky waste outdoors in order to create pleasant, safe, and attractive areas. The Special Property Manager reports to the Area Manager.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks include:

• Managing the removal of bulky waste by collecting it in our areas.
• Transporting bulky waste to the recycling facility.
• Assisting with other waste management, for example in and around bulky waste rooms.
• Picking up litter as needed.
• Moving materials between our areas.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and several years of work experience who is interested in working with waste management in the property sector. You are quality-conscious, responsible, and self-driven in your work, and have good collaboration skills. The role requires a B driver's license.
