About the role

As a parts advisor in our service team, you will have a broad and varied job with great responsibility and many points of contact. The parts business and warehouse must be operated as efficiently and profitably as possible. Our customers are the most important to us, and a fundamental prerequisite for creating vehicle availability is having the right spare parts in stock. Therefore, we see this role as central to our organization.

It is important that all customer interactions are conducted in a professional, service-oriented, and friendly manner. You will meet our customers and advise them on spare parts, service, and engage in dialogue regarding repairs. You will actively work to create and maintain a high level of trust and delivery precision for the warehouse and strive to increase spare parts and service sales.

Who are you

You have at least a high school education or equivalent work experience with a strong interest in vehicles. A broad knowledge of trucks, trailers, and superstructures is an advantage. We prefer that you have experience in service work, service advising, spare parts management, or logistics and are used to meeting customers. As a person, you are service-oriented and enjoy being the spider in the web.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and value good collaboration with your colleagues. You contribute with a positive attitude and high work ethic, and your contributions with good ideas for improvements are welcomed. Order and tidiness are a given for you as you are used to delivering. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form. A B driver's license is a requirement, and a forklift license is an advantage. Computer skills and knowledge are required as the job in many aspects requires good system understanding.
