RF/Microwave Tester – Join Our Team!

Are you ready for the next step in your career? We are looking for several individuals who want to develop within RF and microwave technology alongside our client's production team.

About the Role

As an RF/microwave tester, you will work with assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic products, circuit boards, and microwave devices for advanced systems.

Your tasks may include:

• Testing electronic devices with electrical and RF measurements.

• Troubleshooting and repairing products as needed.

• Participating in basic assembly and soldering.

• Reading and understanding drawings and instructions in Swedish and English.

• Documenting test results and managing deviations according to procedures.

• Assisting with improvements in quality, delivery, and production.

• Supporting colleagues, participating in training, and customer contact.

• Clearly reporting the status of the devices you are responsible for.

Requirements

• Experience in electronic assembly, RF testing, or microwave testing.

• Ability to use measuring instruments, e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.

• Technical interest, attention to detail, and perseverance.

• Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with colleagues.

• Flexibility and ability to handle changes in workflow.

• Good understanding of drawings and documentation in Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent.

• Experience in microwave or RF testing.

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic systems.

• Experience in setting up your own test stations or measurement rigs.

• Familiarity with documenting and following test protocols.

What You'll Be Part Of

Our client's production team is responsible for assembly and testing of electronic and microwave products used in advanced systems. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop, learn new techniques, and work with both new production and service. The team currently consists of about 20 people.

Employment Type: The position starts as a consultant through Processbemanning, with the goal of you becoming permanently employed by the company after a period.

For travel to and from the workplace, a driver's license and access to a car are required.
